Once upon a time, a young girl lived with her mother near a deep forest.
Bir zamanlar, genç bir kız annesiyle derin bir ormanın yakınında yaşıyordu.
Everyone called her Little Red Riding Hood because she always wore a beautiful red cloak.

One morning, her mother packed a basket with bread, butter, and cake.

"Your granny is sick, so please take this basket to her cottage," said her mother.

She felt suspicious, but she answered: "I am going to my granny's cottage in the forest."

The wolf heard this and quickly made a plan to trick her.

"Why don't you pick some flowers for your granny? She will love them!" said the wolf.

When she went off the path to pick flowers, the wolf ran to granny's cottage faster than the wind.

Little Red Riding Hood screamed as loudly as she could and ran to the door.

A woodcutter was working near the cottage and heard the most terrible scream in the forest.
Bir oduncu kulübenin yakınında çalışıyordu ve ormandaki en korkunç çığlığı duydu.
He ran inside and chased the wolf away before the wolf could hurt anyone.
İçeri koştu ve kurt kimseye zarar veremeden kurdu kovdu.
Then they opened the cupboard and rescued granny, who was shaking but safe.
Sonra dolabı açtılar ve titreyen ama sağ salim olan büyükanneyi kurtardılar.
The next day, granny felt much better after she ate all the food in the basket.

"Thank you for coming to see me, my darling," said granny with warm, happy eyes.

Little Red Riding Hood held granny's hand and said, "I promise I will always be more careful."

She walked home safely before sunset and never spoke to strangers in the forest again.
