Pamuk Prenses
Snow White is a beautiful young girl.
Pamuk Prenses güzel ve genç bir kız.
She has black hair and very pale skin.
Siyah saçları ve çok soluk bir teni var.
She is living in a big palace today.
Bugün büyük bir sarayda yaşıyor.
But her stepmother, the Queen, is not kind.
Ama üvey annesi Kraliçe iyi kalpli değil.
The Queen is very jealous of Snow White.
Kraliçe, Pamuk Prenses'i çok kıskanıyor.
Every morning, the Queen looks in her magic mirror.
Her sabah Kraliçe sihirli aynasına bakıyor.
"Mirror, mirror — who is the most beautiful?" she asks.
"Ayna, ayna — en güzel kim?" diye soruyor.
Today the mirror says, "Snow White is more beautiful."
Bugün ayna, "Pamuk Prenses daha güzel," diyor.
The Queen is very angry because of this.

The Queen is sending Snow White into the dark forest.
Kraliçe, Pamuk Prenses'i karanlık ormana gönderiyor.
Snow White is walking alone and she is scared.

She sees a small, pretty cottage in the forest.

Seven kind dwarfs are living in the cottage.

"Please, can I stay here?" asks Snow White.
"Lütfen, burada kalabilir miyim?" diye soruyor Pamuk Prenses.
"Yes! You are safe here," say the dwarfs happily.
"Evet! Burada güvendesin," diyorlar cüceler sevinçle.
Every day, Snow White is cooking and cleaning for them.
Her gün Pamuk Prenses onlar için yemek yapıp temizlik yapıyor.
She is not lonely because the dwarfs are her friends.
Yalnız değil çünkü cüceler onun arkadaşları.
But the Queen is watching in her magic mirror.
Ama Kraliçe sihirli aynasında izliyor.
She is disguising herself as an old woman today.
Bugün kendini yaşlı bir kadın olarak gizliyor.
She has a beautiful but very dangerous red apple.
Güzel ama çok tehlikeli kırmızı bir elması var.
"This apple is for you!" says the old woman.
"Bu elma senin için!" diyor yaşlı kadın.
Snow White does not know the apple is poison.
Pamuk Prenses elmanın zehirli olduğunu bilmiyor.
She is eating the apple and she falls asleep.

The dwarfs are very sad because they cannot wake her up.

One day, a kind prince is riding through the forest.

He sees Snow White and he is very worried.

The prince kisses her gently and breaks the spell.

Snow White is waking up and she is very happy.

Now she is living safely and happily with the prince.
