One bright morning in autumn, Chicken Little walked happily through the forest.

When they approached the tree, one of the guards found a big acorn on the ground.

The king picked it up carefully and showed it to Chicken Little.

"This acorn fell from the branch above your head — the sky is not falling at all," he said.

Chicken Little felt more embarrassed than he had ever felt before in his life.
Cesur Civciv, hayatında hiç olmadığı kadar mahcup hissetti.
He looked at his friends and saw the relief on their faces when they understood the truth.
Arkadaşlarına baktı ve gerçeği anladıklarında yüzlerindeki rahatlama ifadesini gördü.
"I am truly sorry," he said quietly. "I was certain, but I was wrong, and I should have checked first."

The king placed his hand on Chicken Little's shoulder and smiled warmly.

"It takes more courage to admit a mistake than to make one," the king said wisely.

After that day, Chicken Little always looked carefully before he spoke, and his friends respected him more than ever.
