There is a king and he has twelve daughters.

The princesses are very beautiful and kind.

They live in a big, old castle.
Büyük, eski bir sarayda yaşarlar.
Every morning, the king is looking at their shoes.
Her sabah kral onların ayakkabılarına bakıyor.
The shoes are always old and broken.

The king is very angry because he does not know the secret.

"Where are you dancing?" he asks every day.
"Nerede dans ediyorsunuz?" diye her gün sorar.
But the princesses are not answering.
Ama prensesler cevap vermemektedir.
They are smiling but they are not talking.

One day, a young soldier comes to the castle.
Bir gün genç bir asker saraya gelir.
His name is Erik and he is very clever.
Adı Erik'tir ve çok zekidir.
An old woman gives Erik a magic cloak.
Yaşlı bir kadın Erik'e sihirli bir pelerin verir.
"This cloak is making you invisible," she says quietly.

Erik is very happy because now he can discover the secret.

Tonight, Erik is wearing the magic cloak.

He is following the princesses very quietly.
Prensesleri çok sessizce takip ediyor.
They are walking to a dark forest.
Karanlık bir ormana doğru yürüyorlar.
Erik is scared but he is not stopping.

In the forest, there is a beautiful golden castle.

Now, the princesses are dancing inside the golden castle.

The music is very fast and the lights are bright.

Erik is watching and he is breaking a small golden branch.

"What is that noise?" asks the oldest princess.
"Bu ses ne?" diye sorar en büyük prenses.
She is looking around but she is not seeing Erik.

In the morning, Erik goes to the king with the golden branch.
Sabahleyin Erik altın dalla krala gider.
"I know the secret now!" says Erik.
"Artık sırrı biliyorum!" der Erik.
He tells the king everything about the golden forest.

The king is very surprised and the princesses are scared.
Kral çok şaşırmıştır ve prensesler korkmuştur.
Today, the magic stops and everyone in the castle is happy.
