There is a clever cat named Puss.
Puss adında zeki bir kedi var.
Puss is wearing tall black boots and a big hat.
Puss uzun siyah çizmeler ve büyük bir şapka giyiyor.
He lives with a poor young man named Jack.
Fakir genç bir adam olan Jack ile yaşıyor.
Jack's father was a miller, but now he is not alive.
Jack'in babası değirmenciydi, ama artık hayatta değil.
Jack is sad because he does not have money.

Today, Puss is walking in the forest with a bag.

He puts a big carrot in the bag.

He is waiting quietly because a rabbit is coming.

"This is a gift from my master, the Marquis!" says Puss proudly.

The king is smiling because the gift is very nice.

"Who is your master?" asks the king.

Every day, Puss brings a gift and the king is very pleased.

One day, the king and the beautiful princess are riding near the river.
Bir gün kral ve güzel prenses nehrin yanında at sürüyor.
Puss tells Jack: "Jump into the river now!"
Puss Jack'e söylüyor: "Şimdi nehre atla!"
Jack is scared but he jumps into the cold water.
Jack korkmuş ama soğuk suya atlıyor.
Puss is shouting: "Help! The Marquis is drowning!"
Puss bağırıyor: "İmdat! Marki boğuluyor!"
The king's men save Jack and give him fine clothes.
Kralın adamları Jack'i kurtarıyor ve ona güzel giysiler veriyor.
Now Puss is running fast to a big, scary castle.

A very strong ogre lives in the castle.
Şatoda çok güçlü bir dev yaşıyor.
"Can you change into a mouse?" asks Puss bravely.
"Fareye dönüşebilir misin?" diye cesurca soruyor Puss.
The ogre is changing into a tiny mouse right now.
Dev tam şu anda küçücük bir fareye dönüşüyor.
Puss catches the mouse quickly and the ogre is gone!
Puss fareyi hızlıca yakalar ve dev yok olur!
The king, Jack and the princess arrive at the castle together.
Kral, Jack ve prenses birlikte şatoya gelir.
"Welcome to my castle!" says Jack with a big smile.
"Şatoma hoş geldiniz!" diye gülümseyerek söylüyor Jack.
The princess loves Jack and they are very happy.
Prenses Jack'i seviyor ve ikisi çok mutlu.
Puss is sitting in the sun and he is purring softly.

Now Jack, the princess and Puss are living in the beautiful castle.
