Once upon a time, a young princess was living in a beautiful palace near a dark forest.
Bir zamanlar, genç bir prenses karanlık bir ormanın yanındaki güzel bir sarayda yaşıyordu.
The garden was full of colorful flowers, tall trees, and a deep stone well.

The princess loved her golden ball more than anything else in the kingdom.

Every afternoon, she was going to the garden to play with her ball.

One day, while she was throwing her ball high into the air, it fell into the well.

She looked down into the dark water and felt very sad.

She started to cry loudly because she thought she could never get her ball back.

Suddenly, a large green frog jumped out of the well and sat beside her.

"Why are you crying, Princess?" asked the frog in a calm and gentle voice.
"Neden ağlıyorsun, Prenses?" diye sordu kurbağa sakin ve yumuşak bir sesle.
The princess felt nervous, but she answered: "My golden ball fell into the well and I need to get it back."
Prenses gergin hissetti, ama cevap verdi: "Altın topum kuyuya düştü ve onu geri almam lazım."
The frog said that he could help her, but she must make him a promise first.

"You should let me eat at your table and sleep in your room," he said quietly.
